Penelope P. ★★★★★

I was skeptical at first, but warming these up in hot water for just a minute before nursing made such a difference in relieving engorgement. The soft fabric is comfortable against sore skin, and they stay warm long enough for a full feed.

Timothy ★★★★★

I popped one in the freezer and the cold relief lasted through my entire feeding session — much longer than the rice packs I tried before. The reusable gel packs are soft and really hug the curves.

Kevin ★★★★★

The gel inside conforms to my sore spots much better than the rice-filled packs I used last time. I’ve been rotating them between freezer and microwave, and the relief lasts a solid 20 minutes each session.

Jacob ★★★★★

Used one in the freezer for about 15 minutes and then tucked it into my bra—the relief was almost instant. The soft, flexible gel conforms really well, and it stayed cold for a good hour while I nursed.

Ruby P. ★★★★★

I wasn't sure about these at first, but using them warm after a feeding really helped soothe the soreness. The pack is flexible enough to mold comfortably.

Nicholas ★★★★★

After a long day of pumping, the warmth from these packs really soothed the engorgement, and they fit perfectly inside my nursing bra. The fact that you can heat or freeze them makes them so versatile for different types of breast discomfort.

Jacob ★★★★★

I was skeptical at first, but these packs mold nicely to the breast and the adjustable strap keeps them in place while I'm moving around. The hot relief for engorgement has been a lifesaver during late-night feedings.

Adam L. ★★★★★

The microwave heating is even and consistent every time, and the soft fabric feels gentle on sore areas. I love that I can pop them in the freezer too for engorgement relief.

Miles ★★★★★

These packs are a lifesaver for soreness, and the fact they can be used hot or cold makes them so versatile. I love that they’re reusable and stay soft even after freezing.

Lucy ★★★★☆

I was skeptical at first, but the hot/cold versatility really works—I use them warm for letdown relief and cold for after pumping. They stay flexible even when chilled, which is a nice plus.
